As a part of the internationalization strategy, Hokkaido University has established overseas offices in the key regions. Hokkaido University Africa Office in Lusaka is the 4th office, established in 2012. In order to expand and strengthen the partnership in Africa, our office provides information and services regarding Hokkaido University to prospective students, plans various events, negotiates with universities to establish inter-university partnerships, and supports former international students in alumni association activities.
